1. If I’m not the member, can I purchase the items on your web?
Sorry, we don’t accept anonymous purchase. However, after you register on our web, we promise to protect your privacy. Your personal information will be kept; you can keep your personal information, add your interested items to your Favorate, enjoy FH Points System, and subscribe E-newsletter. We are looking forward to your joining!
2. How to be your members?
This is very simple. Firstly, click “Sign up “in “Member Login” in Home Page. Then enter username, email address, password. (“*” means required fields.) After reading and accepting “Members Agreement”, click “Sign up”. You will receive a validation email .Click the links to active your new account. After these you are our respected member.
3. What if I forget my login details, password in particular?
Click "Forgot Password? " in Home Page,then enter your username and registered email address.After that password reset email will be sent to your mail box.Then You can set your new password.
If you have set security question, you could click “Retrieve password by security question” in “Member Center”, then enter your username to get your security question and answer it. After these you can set new password.
If you haven’t set security question, you could click “Retrieve your password by email address” in “Member Center”, then enter your user name and registered email address to set new password .
4. How do I place an order online?
Just click the photo of the items which you are interest in. Choose your preferred sizes and quantities, add them to your Cart. When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Checkout". There you'll enter your shipping information, click “Delivery”. Then check your information and submit your order. After that you will receive a confirm email. You can track your order status in “My Orders” in “Member Center”. If you have any other question, leave message in “My Message” in “Member Center” or email to us. We are ready to help you at anytime.
5. What if I have placed a duplicate order?
If you've unintentionally submitted a duplicate order, contact us right away by leaving message in “My Message” in “Member Center” or email to us.
6. How can I get to know the status of my order?
After you submit your order, you will receive a confirm email. You could click the related links to track your order status. You can also track it in “My Orders” in “Member Center” directly. If you haven’t received the confirm email or you have any other question, please contact us by leaving message in “My Message” in “Member Center” or email to us. We are ready to help you at anytime.
7. Will I receive an order confirmation?
After you submit your order, you will receive a confirm email. You could click the related links to track your order status.
8. Can I make changes to a confirmed order?
You can click “Modify “to change your orders before submitting. Before we confirm your orders you can still change it in “My Orders” in “Member Center”. But if the order has been confirmed, you need to leave message in “My Message” in “Member Center” or email to us, we will modify it according to your request.
9. Can I cancel a confirmed order? And how?
Yes. If the order hadn’t been shipped, you can contact us by leaving message in “My Message” in “Member Center” or email to us. But if it had been shipped, we can only deal with it according to our Return Policy. More details please refer to our

10. What’s the payment you accept?
At this moment, we only accept PayPal and Western Union. More details please refer to
“Payment”.
11. If I would like to buy a product in your shop, but I haven’t found it on you site, what should I do?
You can tell us by leaving message in “My Message” in “Member Center” or send email to us. We’ll try our best to help you found it, if it still existed.
12. I want to buy pearls as a gift to my friend, do you have card?
Yes. When you purchase our items, we will provide a delicate card for free. You could write down your wishes in Special Instructions when you submit your orders. Your wish is limited in 50 words.
